We read every single review—your feedback helps us celebrate what’s great and make improvements where needed!

2. Easy-Peasy Updates

Change your diaper. Then change your diaper order address yourself—no need for customer service!

Ever placed an order only to realize it’s headed to your old address? No worries! You can now update your shipping address directly from your "Account Hub" via the "Order Details"—just make sure the order hasn’t shipped yet. If changing the address, such as to a different state, affects the tax rate, our customer service team will be happy to help. This feature is currently available for diaper orders only, but Geo and the crew are always here to assist with anything else you need! 

3. Quick Diaper Cancellations

Cancel diaper orders before they ship, without a grown up!

If you've ordered diapers and need to cancel for any reason, you can now easily do it right from your Account Hub—as long as the order hasn’t shipped yet. Once it's on its way, we can't cancel it anymore. So, please, please double-check your sizing before you hit checkout! We want you to have the best experience possible, and making sure everything is just right will help you enjoy your order even more when it arrives in the perfect size!

4. Download with Ease

Grab your purchase receipts anytime!

Have you ever emailed an ABDL company asking for an HSA/FSA receipt and thought, "There has to be an easier way"? Well, now there is! From your Account Hub, you can download invoices for any purchases you’ve made with us. And for your privacy and peace of mind, we’ve removed all branding except for the product names—after all, insurance companies only need the essentials to verify your purchase. Why give them more than necessary? Your privacy matters to us, too!

Customize your profile and help shape the products we create!

Even we sometimes wonder what our customers really want when it comes to diaper features. Sure, we can see what’s flying off the shelves, but figuring out the finer details, like your favorite tapes or whether you prefer plastic or cloth-backed, is often more about guessing than data. We want to change that! We want to get to know you better—not just what you buy, but what you truly love. Maybe you prefer a specific age range to pretend in or have a slight preference for one type of diaper over another. These little details make a big difference!

Need to reorder something you loved? Just a few clicks, and you're done (and stay tuned—subscriptions are coming soon!). Can’t remember the size you ordered 10 purchases ago for that amazing T-shirt? No problem! All your past order details are right there for you. All your shopping needs in one easy, breezy place!
