Whenever our team has the pleasure of interacting with you—the amazing ABDL community—at events and conventions, we're always blown away by how many of you proudly wear and love your PretendAgain gear. Seeing that in person is the ultimate compliment to our team of artists. So, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

Our customer service team loves reading your glowing product reviews. We’re genuinely grateful to each of you who’s taken the time to write a review or share photos of yourself in our products. Your support and feedback inspire us to keep creating magic. Our artist Ozzy and the rest of the team have been especially thrilled to see the love for our TryAgains characters. Tuffy, in particular, has some serious fans! And don’t worry, Tuffy fans—you’ll be seeing more of your favorite mouse in new gear and adventures soon!

Pivot, PIVOT!

You might have noticed that in 2024, we shifted our focus from producing weekly sets of fun, character-based clothing to designing diapers. Our first venture into the diaper world was in September 2023 with the TryAgains collection. We’ve been overjoyed by the love you’ve shown for Caden the dragon, Devin the koala, Osito the bear, Jax the corgi, and, of course, Tuffy the mouse.

We know we’ve been a bit quieter this year, with fewer launches and the occasional “We exist! Hiii!” email or “fill the gap” sale. We realize these may not be the most exciting emails, but we appreciate that you’ve stayed subscribed to keep up with what we’re doing. Soon, we’ll be rolling out more ways for you to fine-tune your email subscriptions so we (hopefully) never feel like gasp spam!

So, what have we been up to? While most companies might keep their plans under wraps, we want to give you a sneak peek at what’s coming next!

Magic on the way!

Since launching TryAgains and the TryAgains PlayWear, our team has been hard at work on three BIG diaper projects simultaneously. The truth is, great design takes time—a LOT of time. It involves endless experimentation and reworking until the design feels just right.

We’ve also learned a lot along the way, including new design processes like using development logs, dedicating significant time to story-building, refining character designs, and really dialing in on character motivations and quirks. All of this groundwork happens before we even start designing the diaper elements. Sounds exhausting, right? Our team definitely takes the rest time they need, because at PretendAgain, we believe that if you’re not at your best, your work won’t be either. But don’t worry—this all means we’re working hard to give you the best possible experience, and we’ve got some amazing things on the way!

In the spirit of "I couldn't hold it!" In the coming months, we’re aiming to improve your experience with a better website, including a new way to showcase product collections, a redesign of our product pages, and more account options for managing your orders, invoices, and subscriptions. This will take a lot of work—from videographers and photographers to new assets from our artists and a team of models—but we’re inspired and motivated to make it happen. PretendAgain has always been about storytelling and pretend adventures, and we’re excited to level up that experience. We may not have all the answers just yet, but we’re committed to figuring it out just like Tuffy and his new toy!

Some of you have mentioned how amazing our “Team of 200” must be to accomplish so much. Here’s a little secret: our mighty global team consists of just six employees, with occasional help from contractors. Yep, there’s a lot to do and very few of us to do it. So, while some things might take longer than expected, we’d rather take our time to release something great than rush something out that isn’t our best.
