Shipping FAQ
Where do you ship from?
We actually ship from several places! Most of our products are made in the United States, however, some items are made in Mexico and Europe. Items are also shipped from the location closest to you that we are able to support.
Do you ship in discreet packaging?
For diapers: Yes! Orders of less than 3 bags will ship in a discreet, plain box. Cases will ship in a plain box with 3 purple stars and a barcode on it, but nothing else. The stars will appear as mostly decorative and do not contain any information or indication as to diapers being inside the box. We cannot accommodate requests for different boxes for cases, sorry.

For items other than diapers: Yes! Your order will arrive in plain packaging or a padded envelope with some lettering and a barcode on the sides. There is nothing outwardly displaying your awesome purchase choices inside.
For all items: There is also nothing inside the package except your ordered product(s) & packing slip. We figured you didn't need another "info" postcard or set of stickers to not know what to do with! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
What will the return address on the shipping label say?
It will say “PretendAgain” and also the return address for that item. We can’t hide our company name on packages, even if you ask for it. Sorry!
How fast can you ship?
We make our non-diaper items to order, so plan on an average of 2-3 weeks for North America for production of your order plus shipping time. On average, it takes around a week to addresses in the western United States and about a week and a half for the midwest and the eastern US. For the most accurate times, check the item description before you buy it. Shipping can be as fast as overnight from the time of production.
In-stock diapers will ship within 3 business days of ordering.
Do you ship outside of the US?
For non-diaper items: Yes! We hope to be able to do this in the future for a lower price, but we do offer shipping outside of the US. Be sure to check our information on VAT/Customs/Duty, as well.
For diapers: We only ship these within the United States and Canada at this time. Please visit the TryAgains Diapers FAQ for more information.

Can you ship to PO Boxes or PMBs?
For diapers: No, except for APO/FPO boxes. We cannot ship diapers to standard PO Boxes.
For non-diaper items: Yes! To be sure your item ships correctly be sure you put "PO Box" or "Box" in Shipping Address Line 1 to ensure we mail things to you using the correct courier services. Be sure to check "Do you ship outside of the US?" for more details on what items are available outside of the United States.
Do you pay VAT/Customs/Duty?
VAT: For items shipping to the EU and other regions with VAT, we will make our best effort to collect VAT on your behalf up front. (This doesn't include any import taxes and duties, which you must pay directly.) If you find that you have paid VAT twice, please reach out to our customer service team and provide your order number and a receipt showing the VAT you paid. We will work with you to make sure you're only out one VAT payment.
Customs/Duty: No. Due to the wide configuration of VAT/Customs/Duty taxes we are unable to offer this option, however if a fulfillment center of ours can ship to you within your country, we aim to do so. (Not to mention, this is better for the environment.)
Can you change the value declared on customs paperwork to help reduce VAT/Customs/Duty?
No. That's asking for us to make a fraudulent declaration to the government. We like being in business.
What happens if my package cannot be delivered?
Ordinarily, it will return to us. We can re-ship it to you for the cost of shipping. Please note we are unable to offer this option 5 business days after a returned package and are unable to offer refunds for returned packages. (You are required to accept this non-refund policy at checkout before your order can be placed.)
Do you ship through Amazon?
No. Any products of ours sold via Amazon are unauthorized sellers and we are unable to provide support to you, so shop through us directly!
