How can I order stuff from you?

Do you ship to a specific country?
Check our Shipping FAQ for more details about shipping.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
For diapers: No, except for APO/FPO boxes. We cannot ship diapers to standard PO Boxes.
For non-diaper items: Yes! To be sure your item ships correctly be sure you put "PO Box" or "Box" in Shipping Address Line 1 to ensure we mail things to you using the correct courier services. Be sure to check "Do you ship outside of the US?" for more details on what items are available outside of the United States.
Do you offer discounts for military service members, veterans, first responders, etc?
We aren't able to offer discounts at this time for these awesome groups of people, but we will keep talking with the grown-ups about it as our company is able to grow!
Are your diapers eligible for HSA/FSA?
Acceptance of HSA and FSA claims is ultimately up to your HSA/FSA administrator. You can download your receipt in your customer portal by logging in, locating the order, and clicking "Download invoice". If you can't save the file, try to Print to PDF and save the file it generates.
Do you charge VAT?
In most cases, we include VAT for most EU countries as a part of shipping by adding the shipping cost + VAT together. This should work for most cases, but there is a small chance you may still need to pay this on arrival. Please plan to settle any VAT due at the time of receipt according to your country's common methods. Check our Shipping FAQ for more details about shipping and double VAT scenarios.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept G Pay and Apple Pay. We do not accept cash, checks, Discover card, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or other payment methods. We also do not accept plastic coins from your Fishing Bryce cash register, sorry. Real grown-up money, only!
How do charges from you show on my statement?
They will show as either "PretendAgain" or "HNB LLC". That's us!
Do you offer Klarna, Affirm, PayPal Pay in 4, Shop Pay Over Time, etc.?
No. While we understand the flexibility this offers to fans of these methods of payment, we do not offer these options. PretendAgain's company values to strive for better outcomes for the entire ABDL community prevent these payment methods from being available.
Do you offer refunds or order cancelation?
No, not typically. We make most items to order, and as such we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. Clothing items cannot be canceled.
If you have ordered diapers and need to cancel the order, you can do so from your account page once you have logged in, if the order has not been processed. In the "Account Home" or "Orders" area, find your order. If it is eligible for cancelation, you can click the button to cancel your order.
You can change your address if the order has not shipped, see the next question.
Can I change my address after ordering?
It depends on if we've started processing your order. To change your address log in to your account, locate the order, and click "Order Details". A button to change your address is available on this screen. Please note, due to sales tax impacts, you cannot change the state or country you are shipping to. You will need to cancel the order and place it again with the correct address. Check above this question in the FAQ for directions on canceling an order.
Do you offer exchanges?
Non-diaper items: Yes, we can exchange your order items for the same order items if they arrive damaged, misprinted, or in poor condition. We cannot offer exchanges due to incorrect sizing, selected options being incorrect, address/delivery problems, or other human errors - this is because each item is made to order.
For diapers: No. Once an item has been delivered, we cannot exchange or return it for health and safety reasons. (No one wants to buy exchanged diapers!) If your order was damaged in transit, please reach out to our customer service team for options.
What if my item can't be delivered?
Check our Shipping FAQ for information. It's a great read and talks about shipping problems and such.
Why does it take a few days for my order to process and ship?
As a small business we are always looking to keep our costs down and one way is to limit our inventory we have idle. Instead of inventory, we make your order just for you! You’ll get the freshest materials and newest "item smells" this way!
Can I order something for a friend?
Yes, but be nice to your friend and let them know first. We are unable to offer refunds for refused shipments and no one likes to waste money. If an order is refused for delivery we can look into having it routed to you for the cost of adjusting/shipping charges imposed by the shipping carriers.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, you can order using your mobile phone any time! Our site is both mobile and desktop friendly.
No really, can I call you to order?
No. As we are a small company right now, we cannot offer phone support. We actually DO read our emails all the time, though, so if you email us you’ll hear back usually no later than 24 hours (and often a LOT faster than that) on weekdays. Check our Customer Service FAQ for more details!
Can I call for customer support?
No. We offer support via email only, but we promise to take great care of you! Just ask all the other kiddos who have had a great experience!
Can I place an order by fax?
No. It's the 2020s now.
