The Ultimate Question: "Which size diaper am I?"

If you are new to adult diapers or Ageplay & ABDL (adult baby diaper lover) diapers, then there are some basics regarding diaper sizing you will want to know. This guide is to help you order the right diaper for you! To get started you will need a fabric tape measure.

Psssst: *This is a tape measure that isn't ridged and can wrap around your waistline.* 

After you measure and write down your waist measurements, consider the following categories below for sizing. Keep in mind some of these considerations will be more difficult as body shape such as hip size, thigh size, and a skinny build vs a bear build will have different considerations in how a diaper will fit and feel. For example some ABDLs like to have lower cut waistband that doesn't extend too high, where as others like a high waistband. Other ABDLs like sticky tapes where as others may do better with hook and loop to adjust at any moment.

The key to finding your proper size requires paying attention to where the tapes touch and stick to the front panel when you fasten the diaper on. If the tapes are touching each other than the diaper is TOO BIG. If the tapes are not able to touch the front landing zone, then the diaper is TOO SMALL! The goal here is comfort and proper fit so as to enjoy wearing and avoid leaks. You want the tapes to fall between these two zones.

A common sizing shift also happens to veteran ABDL's as you may be returning to buy more adult diapers and your size has changed. This diaper size change could be due to a new healthy routine of working out and eating right, or the opposite such as eating everything that tastes good and plenty of lounging around. In either scenario, your waistline can fluctuate a few inches/centimeter, and this can cause you to size up or size down a diaper depending on brand, and fit!

2. Leakguard height
3. Tape Type
4. Number of Tapes
5. Absorbency Requirement
6. Cloth or Plastic Preference
7. Waist Measurement

As you go through this guide keep in mind fit considerations like the few listed above and if you are not sure what fits you best, we HIGHLY recommend starting with a sample rather than buying a case of diapers that don't fit, or you find out later that you don't like! Diapers be expensive, yo!
